The transformer for our neighborhood moved on to bigger and better things tonight! This meant we were without air conditioning in this sweltering heat. It was out for a very long time too, for about 9 hours actually. We were lucky that we just stocked our fridge the night before with lots of water, gatorade, and juice. The freezer was still frozen, and the fridge was nice and cool. All the water and juices provided that stored coldness in the fridge! So our only problem was the heat and entertainment.....we had Senia's sister with us, so for those with their mind in the gutter we could not entertain ourselves that way. We resorted to an old gameboy without the lit screen.
