From Breaking and Entering to TMI!
So let me start off by saying that I learned a new word today! I now know what a Whacker is, and trust me...this is not a good thing. Somehow, somebody rammed through our main gate here at work tonight! Oddly enough it was the exit gate and not the entry gate that got crashed through. These are two completely divided roads with a curbed island separating them. Our very stereotypical night guard was on duty when apparently he started screaming into the radio for help! Unfortunately I missed all this since my plant is on a different channel. Enough people had heard the chatter though and came out to witness. This being just in time to almost get run over and see the perp on his way out. The guy made a U-turn a few hundred yards into his trespass, and sped right back out the same way he came crashing in. When we finally got word of this (our plant being the furthest from the main entry gate and on a different radio channel) all action had since long ceased, and probably around 20 minutes from the inception of the incident. The first thing we noticed on our way to the main gate was the fog, visibility must have been around 30-40 feet which really isn't that bad, but it really isn't that great either. The gate was destroyed, and all of the operators from the plants were congregating at the gate. A few minutes later the local authority showed up. The cop was in as much disbelief as we were, and took the report. But with no surveillance and only partial plates there really wasn't much they could do. Not much goes on in our area that the cop stayed a little longer to chat with the worker bees. He shared some war stories with us, the most memorable were of his undercover work involving sting operations in men's restrooms. Most of these made Sen. Larry Craig look like a stand up guy! This my friends is where the term whacker came in....and although I don't know what the specifics of the senator's dealings were, the Douche bag would be himself considered a Whacker.
