So far so good, the State keeps on breaking power useage records and luckily so far, the lights are still on! The State's generation capabilities are keeping up from what I have heard on the news, power outages are small and due to unrelated distribution issues, like old transformers giving out, and have been restored pretty quickly. We here have lost power here twice, and both have been short enough that we have not noticed, Yet!
Luckily for me, and everyone else at work that likes to work overtime, management finally got their heads out their.....and are allowing us to fill the fourth operator on shift. This will be nice, I can put in some massive O/T making my check very nice since I still have some catching up to do on some credit card debt!!!!!!
